Façade Estimator: Remediation
Central London | £70,000 to £80,000 + benefits | Permanent

A well established, financially secure façade specialist is looking for an experienced Estimator to join its Central London team. You’ll price façade remediation and full envelope packages for main contractor and developer clients nationwide, working closely with the Technical Director in a growing business with a strong pipeline for the year ahead.

Our client is a specialist façade contractor offering a complete cladding service, from survey and specification through to design and installation. They deliver full envelope solutions on commercial, residential and industrial buildings across the UK, with façade remediation at the heart of their work. Strong backing gives the business real stability and a steady flow of work, while the team is close knit, technically strong and run with short decision lines.

The Role

• Pricing façade remediation projects across a range of cladding systems, including render and rainscreen
• Preparing accurate estimates and tender submissions for main contractor and developer clients
• Measuring and taking off quantities from drawings, specifications and survey reports
• Obtaining, comparing and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Working closely with, and reporting to, the Technical Director
• Supporting new build and full envelope tenders where required

The Individual

• Around 5 years or more of estimating experience within façades or cladding
• A strong façade remediation background is essential
• Experience pricing different cladding systems, such as render and rainscreen
• New build façade experience would be a bonus
• Assistant Estimators with solid façade experience who are looking for a step up are also very welcome to apply

Salary & Package
£70,000 to £80,000 basic depending on experience, plus benefits. New Year start, with flexibility for the right person available sooner.
