The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead HVAC & Refrigeration supply and installation projects across the UK. You will take ownership from sales handover through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

You will manage the delivery of Johnson Controls and YORK equipment, alongside third-party solutions, while acting as the primary customer-facing representative throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Experience managing customers, contractors and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems within commercial or industrial environments.
  • Understanding of CDM Regulations and site Health & Safety requirements.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or equivalent) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Desirable

  • PMP, APM, PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification.
  • IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS or equivalent H&S certification.
  • CSCS card.
  • Experience delivering chiller replacements, HVAC retrofits, plantroom upgrades or energy efficiency projects.
  • Familiarity with BMS and controls integration.
  • Knowledge of construction and engineering contracts.

Why Join Us?

Join a team delivering projects that support decarbonisation, energy efficiency and critical infrastructure across the UK. This is an opportunity to lead technically challenging projects, build strong customer relationships and make a real impact in a growing business.
