Salay: £27,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35 - £45K Year 1) | Industry - Leading Training | Clear progression to Director | Early finish Fridays
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm, with early finish on Fridays!)

What you'll be doing (day-to-day)

Recruitment is a sales-focused role! You'll be on the phone, building relationships and closing deals. You'll learn how to:

• Find and speak to talent in your market (calls, LinkedIn, networking)
• Work with clients and develop new business
• Manage interviews, offers and negotiations
• Build your desk like your own business (with training and support)
• Become a specialist in your market

Training & support

You don't need recruitment experience, we'll train you. From day one you'll get:

• A structured onboarding and training programme

• Clear targets and a plan to get you earning commission quickly
