A leading advisory firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its growing Real Estate Tax team in London.

This is a predominantly advisory-focused role, offering exposure to a broad range of real estate clients including property investment groups, real estate funds, partnerships, and listed property structures.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to combine high-quality technical work with client-facing responsibilities and a clear progression path within a well-established platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of real estate clients across compliance and advisory matters.
• Lead tax structuring, due diligence, and transaction support assignments.
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and property-related tax planning.
• Support business development and help identify growth opportunities.
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members.

About You

• ACA and/or CTA qualified.
• Strong corporate tax background with exposure to real estate clients, in particular REITs.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory projects.
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ambitious and keen to play a role in a growing practice.
