Senior Pricing Innovation Analyst - #2190515

Sellick Partnership is currently partnering with a growing insurance organisation who are looking for an experienced Senior Pricing Innovation Analyst to join their Actuarial Finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to identify and deliver innovative pricing opportunities that improve competitiveness, customer value and business performance. The successful candidate will lead pricing initiatives from initial concept through to testing, analysis and implementation, using data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making.

• Identify and deliver pricing opportunities to improve competitiveness, customer value and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support pricing strategy.
• Develop and maintain customer lifetime value optimisation frameworks and algorithms.
• Lead pricing projects from initial concept through to testing, evaluation and implementation.
• Analyse pricing performance and customer behaviour, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Present complex analytical findings and pricing recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Maintain pricing governance, controls and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pricing improvements and support continuous development.

• Strong experience in general insurance pricing, ideally within personal lines.
• Experience using analytical tools such as SAS, Python, R, SQL or Excel.
• Familiarity with Earnix or other pricing and optimisation platforms.
• Understanding of pricing strategy, customer behaviour, retention, price elasticity and lifetime value.
• Experience designing and delivering pricing tests, pilots or optimisation initiatives.
• Knowledge of pricing governance, controls and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Proven project management experience, taking initiatives from concept through to implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
