Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join an established international retail & manufacturing business.

This is a broad role combining commercial finance, business partnering, FP&A and financial control. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide financial insight to support decision-making, while taking ownership of reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

• Act as a key Finance Business Partner to multiple corporate functions, partnering with senior stakeholders and budget owners
• Provide analysis of spending trends, cost drivers and financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities
• Support business cases, investment proposals and strategic initiatives
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning across your areas
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting, providing clear commentary and actionable insights
• Facilitate regular performance reviews with senior stakeholders
• Drive improvements across P&L and balance sheet forecasting
• Take ownership of financial reporting and control for a key Group entity
• Manage intercompany transactions, recharges and balances
• Support statutory reporting, audit requirements and wider financial governance and compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement across reporting, systems and processes

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• 2+ years post-qualified experience gained within practice and/or industry
• Strong experience across business partnering, FP&A and commercial finance
• Excellent financial analysis, modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including P&L and balance sheet reporting
• Confident partnering with and challenging senior stakeholders, translating financial data into clear commercial insights
• Proactive and commercially minded, with strong systems, BI and automation capability
