This is a varied, all-rounder position offering hands-on experience across business development, marketing, events, digital communications, social media, CRM and data analysis. You'll work closely with a team of Managers and Executives who are committed to developing junior talent and providing genuine career progression opportunities.

• Support a range of business development and marketing initiatives
• Assist with events, conferences and client engagement activities
• Update website content and social media channels
• Produce marketing materials, newsletters and communications
• Support CRM and database management projects
• Analyse client and market data to support business decisions
• Assist with reporting, research and wider team projects
• Provide general administrative support to the BD & Marketing team

• Previous experience in an administrative, team assistant or professional services support role, OR
• A recent Marketing graduate with a placement year or relevant internship experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and databases
• Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn
• Interested in developing a career within Business Development and Marketing
