Are you a Deputy Manager in a children's home, ready for your first Registered Manager role?

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Deputy Manager in a children's residential home
• Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards it
• A good understanding of Ofsted and the Quality Standards
• Right to work in the UK
