Reward Partner - 6 month FTC - #2190581

About the role

• A brand new role initially for a 6 month contract reporting into the HR Director.
• Creating a roadmap of commission structures across each business/locations in the UK analysing the data utilising HRIS/Excel/AI
• Working closely with senior leaders across the business to understand current benefits/commissions structures in place
• Using market data for benchmarking across the business units, job roles, locations, gender
• Identifying across the business current benefits, 3rd party providers
• Analysing cost/impact of employee usage of new and existing benefits and make recommendations
• Preparing benefits/commission analysis report and recommendations to SLT

What you'll need

• Able to be in London office 2-3 days per week
• Ability to be hands on working at pace in a commercial business that grows via acquisition
• Have had exposure to commission and incentive plans analysing and designing
• Salary benchmarking and job architecture
• Extensive experience anaylsing reward data, cost models and making recommendations
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and 3rd party reward suppliers
• Can commit to a 6 month FTC
