We're looking for a Content Designer with strong Government and UCD experience to join a high-profile programme delivering user-centred digital services.

Due to the urgency of the project, active SC Clearance is essential and candidates must be able to start quickly.

• Strong experience as a Content Designer within Government
• Proven delivery within User-Centred Design (UCD) teams
• Deep understanding of GOV.UK content standards and accessibility
• Experience translating complex policy and operational content into clear, user-focused journeys
• Strong collaboration with User Researchers, Interaction Designers, and Product teams
• Comfortable challenging stakeholders and making evidence-based content decisions

• Agile, multidisciplinary team
• Research-led design
• GOV.UK standards and service assessments
• Complex user journeys and public-facing services

Ideal for someone with recent Central Government experience who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately within an SC-cleared environment.
