A large retail group is searching for a Lead Insight & Research Consultant to join on a contract basis. You will be working in a lead position, responsible for working with senior stakeholders, defining research and insight projects across group level. These could be anything from primary research to thought leadership or a combination of methodologies, conducting the research and analysis, delivering insights. You will be working proactively, providing predictive insights from a Group level. You will help the business transition away from reactive research and insights, to being more proactive.

The ideal candidate will have a consultancy background, as well as experience delivering in-house research and insight projects, with proven experience in joining a business and hitting the ground running.

Role & Responsibilities

• Key to helping the business view research & insights in a more proactive fashion
• Working with senior stakeholders to understand business questions
• Deliver high-level research & insight projects from brief to recommendations
• Your insights will have a positive commercial impact

Skills & Experiences

• Background working for a Research Consultancy would be highly beneficial
• Experience working in a consultative manor
• Helping clients from a proactive point of view
• Experience working with multiple research & insight methodologies
