We are on an exciting journey of growth, and we are looking to add to our Business Development team.

Sitting within the wider Fleet Education Services team, we are an energetic team who look after specific Local Authority areas. We love working together and welcoming new colleagues, who are always supported to learn and develop as they begin an exciting new chapter within their career. We are a tight knit team who collaborate regularly and who recognise and enjoy each other's successes. We are straight talkers and value open communication and innovation - it is our strong belief that everyone's thoughts and ideas count in our journey of continuous improvement. We work hard, but we also have fun.

You will play a key part in growing and maintaining our well-established relationships with Local Authorities and Schools throughout the UK; enabling us to deliver innovative education solutions and programmes designed to engage young people in learning who have not thrived in conventional schooling.
You will also be responsible for growing new business and identifying new business opportunities within the wider educational sphere through your research and contacts with a wide range of educational professionals.

You will be:
A recent graduate seeking to develop a career in education services - this may be your first career role, or you may have been working in another field.
Be an empathetic self-starter with the ability to work well both individually and as part of different teams
Has excellent communication skills in writing and outstanding verbal communications skills.
Can demonstrate solution focused problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office experience - good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
General knowledge of education is helpful - you may have considered a career in schools as a teacher or other education worker, or had previous work experience in an education setting, or volunteer working with children or young people.
