Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare through technology? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team, supporting the UK's NHS National Breast Screening Services (NBSS).

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing the test automation framework which will sit across the service layer and infrastructure and connect into the automation framework. You'll work closely with developers to to integrate automated tests into the development lifecycle.

With exemplary customer service and communication skills, you’ll be adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, end users, and third parties to successfully complete your objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests on software applications, utilising programming languages and specialised tools to identify defects and ensure software quality by automating repetitive testing processes.
  • Write and maintain automated test scripts using programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, C#.
  • Log and track identified defects through the defect management system

What You'll Bring To The Team

  • Experience in test automation specifically integration/API.
  • Experience in non-functional test automation (stress test, performance test).
  • Experience in any automation test framework and test automation tools.
  • Experience in Azure Cloud is a must.
  • Experience in Healthcare operations.
  • Must have, or a willingness to obtain, SC Clearance.
  • Please note that successful applicants will be required to pass Security Check (SC) clearance for this role. To be considered, you must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years*
