About the Company- Our client is an award winning design engineers which prides itself as one of the countries leaders in staff development and investment. Due to expansion within the company they are looking to hire an experienced Marketing and Brand Manager to support the business growth and build brand awareness. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and will be part of a team of 6.
About the Role- You will be responsible for driving brand awareness nationally, managing brand campaigns, supporting and developing the marketing strategy, supporting the 8 offices with bid submissions, working closely with the business development team, leading and managing campaigns, tracking and reporting on marketing performance, managing the marketing strategy on SEO, paid campaigns and social media growth, overseeing sponsorship and event management strategy, and managing the relationships with external marketing and communication agencies.
Responsibilities
Pay range and compensation package£40-50000 according to experience plus excellent benefits package.

- Manage brand campaigns and be the brand guardian
- Support and develop the marketing strategy
- Supporting the 8 offices with bid submissions, ensuring brand alignment
- Working closely with the business development team to win work
- Lead and manage campaigns
- Track and report on marketing performance. This include budget management, campaign tracking and analytics
- Manage the marketing strategy on SEO, paid campaigns and social media growth
- Oversee sponsorship and event management strategy
- Managing the relationships with external marketing and communication agencies
