Our client is a highly respected and well-established leader in the construction and development sector. With a strong reputation for delivering some of the most ambitious and large-scale projects across the UK and internationally, they are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a background in Electrical engineering to lead and deliver complex construction initiatives

The Role:

• Lead the Electrical engineering team, ensuring projects run efficiently and meet all targets.
• Report directly to the Project Director, providing clear and consistent updates.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with wider engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to handover, maintaining the highest standards.

What You Need:

• Strong background in Electrical engineering, with experience delivering M&E projects valued between £15 million and £20 million.
• Proven ability to take projects from tender to final handover.
• Experience managing diverse teams and working collaboratively across disciplines.
• A hands-on, problem-solving approach with a focus on deadlines and quality.
• Dealing with large technical electrical packages on large scale commercial builds, laboratories, hospitals, datacentres and complex residential projects.
