Electrical Maintenance Technician - London

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will carry out duties in compliance with the companies Technical Facilities Management Ltd Policies and Procedures. Driving & promoting the companies One Code practice which is integral to our companies' values and behaviours. Whilst performing tasks in a professional manner to a suitable standard to meet both Client and company expectations, always working compliantly within Health and Safety policy/legislation.

A UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points is essential as driving is 50% of the role.

What are the main duties for the Electrical Maintenance Technician?

• To undertake routine Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks on Telecoms sites.

• To undertake minor reactive maintenance work as necessary.

• To be part of a callout rota with additional remuneration.

• Work includes both “At Height” checks and ground level maintenance of cabin and compound.

What does our ideal candidate look like?

• Fully qualified 18th Edition IEE regulations. 2383-18 18th Edition Update.

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance or NVQ 3 Electrical installation. • 2391-52 Test and Inspection desirable

• IPAF & PASMA – Desirable

• Able to work at heights of up to 3 metres and lift weight of up to 25kg.

• Ability to effectively priorities own workload.

Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
