I am currently recruiting for an Apprenticeship Manager for the Engineering and Professional Construction Department for a key client of mine in Essex.

Responsibilities for the role include ensuring students undertaking such courses engage with the modules, fulfil their potential in terms of achievement of learning outcomes and enjoy a high-quality student experience. You will also be required to design, develop, and produce learning and teaching material and deliver either across a range of modules for Engineering or Construction as and when needed. In this role you will lead a team of Lecturers and staff, you'll drive innovation and respond to emerging technologies, regional skills shortages, and net-zero goals. Your leadership will support key local infrastructure projects that are essential for the future workforce. You will also build on strong relationships with major employers, particularly blue-chip companies. By enhancing the learner experience and supporting regional projects, you will help meet workforce needs and inspire the next generation within this sectorYou will need an Education to Level 5 or above and/or a professional qualification in a relevant subject related to this management post. Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics: GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent. Level 3 or above Teaching Qualification. Assessor/Verifier Awards OR completion within 1 year of employment or 1 year of the first available course The successful applicant will receive a starting salary of up to £48 713 per annum plus an Introductory Bonus up to £5000 with excellent benefits and holiday package of 46 days per annum (incl. bank holidays).
