Reporting to the Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and their operational needs to drive sales and achieve shared business goals.


As Account Manager, you will have a deep understanding of our clients’ business, challenges, and opportunities, and have the ability to manage multiple projects, relationships and stakeholders at the same time. You will utilise online systems, analyse customer data trends, manage inventory and reporting, and provide stock forecasts to manage the full end to end customer experience and identify opportunities for growth.


Success in this role requires a balance of hands-on relationship management, strategic thinking, and creation of business growth opportunities. A detail-oriented, commercially minded professional will thrive here.


You’ll have:

• Customer relationship management experience

• A strong discipline that allows you to apply business processes and complete tasks with a high level of detail

• An eagerness to learn and a positive attitude to problem solving

• Strong initiative and work ethic

• Highly developed communication and influencing skills

• Demonstrated prior experience managing the performance of customers, ensuring adherence to contracts

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

• An understanding of the sport development ecosystem

• DBS Check is mandatory

• Full time permanent position, based in London, UK.


Favourable knowledge and/or experience:

• Understanding of inventory management and stock forecasting and eCommerce functionality
