What’s on offer?

For this role you will earn a starting salary of £27,000, with uncapped on-target earnings of c£40,000. At Magnet we truly recognise and reward your achievements, so you have the benefit of an uncapped commission scheme so your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

What’s involved?

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll take centre stage in one of our stunning showrooms, working with customers to create beautiful, functional kitchen spaces. From the first conversation to the final installation, you’ll be by their side, providing expert guidance and an exceptional experience that leaves a lasting impression.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the customer journey: From showroom consultations to home visits, you’ll guide customers every step of the way, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the entire process.
  • Be part of a dynamic team: You’ll collaborate with a passionate, sales-driven team in a fast-paced environment, helping to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
  • Spot opportunities: Staying ahead of market trends, you’ll look for new ways to inspire customers and boost your sales performance.

  • Sales experience and a target-driven mindset.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally a design background or a creative flair and eye for detail
  • Flexibility with working hours to meet customer needs.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
