In Studio, we create ideas and bring them to life. We’re a multi-disciplined team, creating content for integrated marketing campaigns, brand experiences and brand identity. We currently have a team of around 40; a mix of Creatives, Brand and Digital Designers, Editors, Animators and Content Producers, and Creative Project Managers, supplemented by freelancers when specialist skills are needed, or workloads dictates.
Everyone that succeeds here enjoys the diversity of clients and projects and is driven to do great work that will have a positive effect on our clients’ businesses.
What You'll Do
As a Digital Designer you will have 3+ years of solid experience in an agency or in-house, where your focus has been primarily digital based design work.
You have a keen interest in brands and communication with strong craft skills and a proven experience of seeing your ideas brought to life through digital channels; from website and microsite creations, to social first content. You are pro-active and ambitious with a desire to push forward ideas and work into senior colleagues as part of a creative team. You have a broad outlook in your creative approach and a willingness to develop work across multiple channels and hone your craft. Your passion is digital, and you are constantly on the lookout for new trends that you can bring into your work to keep it fresh and up with latest techniques.
You’ll have the ability to craft ideas and digital design to brief, whilst working into senior colleagues. You’ll be confident in helping to evolve projects from discovery to planning phases (incl. sitemap and wireframing), right through to UX/UI design and prototyping within Figma and/or Adobe XD. All design aspects and elements produced should be delivered as a final product that meets the clients desired level of expectations.
You’ll have a good level of confidence with presenting your ideas and designs to internal stakeholders and clients. With the ability to take on board feedback and respond accordingly. We want to see your passion for design and creativity, for you to explore the creative world around you, and to be always on the lookout for what’s hot and what’s not.
Being a Digital Designer, you’ll be expected to work collaboratively with other creatives, from animators through to developers. You will have an understanding of the processes involved in website production & be comfortable in being able to own the creative stages within. The devil is in the detail, and you’ll be expected to be thorough, articulate and well organised – competent when it comes to managing your own time, working and clear in communicating back to project managers in order to deliver.
