PSR Solutions are currently assisting a maintenance contractor in their search for a PA/Personal Assistant.

You will be providing administrative, organisational, and logistical support to executives and teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication.

This is a temp-to-perm role.

Location: Whetstone, North London

Job type: Temp-to-permanent

Salary: £40k - £45k (day rate equivalent)

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Communication: Handling email, phone calls, and correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
• Organisation: Maintaining files, records, and databases, and organising events.
• Team Support: Assisting with project-related tasks, providing information to team members, and managing documents.
• Client Relations: Handling inquiries, preparing presentations, and maintaining contact with clients.

Construction/property experience is essential.
