PSR Solutions are currently assisting a maintenance contractor in their search for a Group H&S Manager.

You will be responsible for overseeing and improving health and safety performance across multiple construction sites and projects.

This is a temp-to-perm role.

Job role: Group H&S Manager

Location: London & the South of England

Job type: Temp-to-permanent

Salary: £60k - £70k + car (day rate equivalent)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive H&S policies, procedures, and guidelines for all construction activities.
• Ensure all projects and teams adhere to relevant H&S legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify, assess, and control potential hazards and risks across all projects, developing and implementing appropriate control measures.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Construction/property experience is essential.
