EVENT EXECUTIVE

Join a team of 550 talented professionals across 7 offices. Take advantage of our hybrid model, spending three days a week in our unique Herne Hill office, which fosters connection and creativity. We offer on-the-job training to ensure you feel supported and empowered.
Salary is £25,000 plus company benefits
What You’ll Be Doing & What We Can Offer You:
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our exhibitions team, working on events that lead the way in their sectors. You’ll support each of the functions, marketing, sales, operations and content on specific tasks to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with exhibitors, from ensuring they have everything they need to make their presence at the show a success, to completing their tasks in the manual and chasing for deadlines. You’ll support with speakers, updating information on the website to gathering biographies and AV requirements, adding recordings on YouTube and chasing for expenses. Whether you are gathering information to go in the show guide to putting together all the information for re-book packs that go onsite, you'll play a key role in the success of our market-leading events.
Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative industry, learning the ins and outs of B2B events. With the support of a collaborative and inclusive team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on new challenges. Your efforts will directly contribute to events that inspire change and progress in the sustainability field, all while being part of a company that truly values its people.
