They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join their team and oversee a variety of construction projects.

Job Description:As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to project completion. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and budgets are adhered to.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring the timely delivery and quality of resources.

  • Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure all project requirements are met.

  • Identify and resolve potential risks and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.

  • Prepare and present project reports to clients, upper management, and other stakeholders.

  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and process change orders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on commercial construction.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with clients.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
