Join our dedicated team and make a difference every day. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers and students in a positive and inclusive school environment. Starting ASAP.

Duties as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential.

  • Assist with classroom management, preparation of learning resources, and pupil supervision.

  • Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusive access to the curriculum.

  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Ideal Teaching Assistant:

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (desirable).

  • A patient, empathetic and flexible approach to supporting learning.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills Teaching Assistant.

  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy.

  • A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is desirable but not essential.
