The EMEA region plays a pivotal role, representing an advanced and fast-evolving gaming ecosystem home to many of the industry’s global market leaders.As a Client Partner for Gaming in EMEA, you’ll lead Meta’s strategy & relationships with largest Mobile Gaming, Real Money Gaming, and Console partners—driving strategy, performance, and innovation at scale. With good expertise in performance media and a sharp understanding of each client's business, you’ll develop growth plans & strategies that deliver long-term impact.Success in this role requires good consultative sales and analytical skills to drive meaningful revenue growth, along with the capability to influence C-level stakeholders, drive decision-making with data analysis and interpretation, and lead critical cross-functional collaboration. This position is based in our London office and travel required when needed.

Client Partner, Gaming, EMEA Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier gaming clients across Mobile, Real Money Gaming, and Console industries, accountable for revenue and strategic impact
  • Develop and execute client-specific growth strategies with short and long-term vision. Apply data-driven insights to shape business strategy
  • Build trusted relationships at the most executive levels, turning Meta into a strategic growth partner with good business acumen and industry understanding
  • Strategize, plan and lead the cross-functional collaboration to implement scalable solutions & tools on performance, measurement, and creative strategy to elevate client results
  • Champion innovation across Meta’s gaming solutions by new ad formats, AI-driven optimization tools, and early-stage product tests—turning client feedback into solutions evolution
  • Develop a large and extensive network of relationships, ecosystem development and thought leadership for Gaming in EMEA and globally
  • Develop narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, build narratives, and present findings to executive business stakeholders
  • Anticipate industry, consumer, and partner-specific trends in order to influence Meta’s future business strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of the digital advertising landscape and solutions, combined with good commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
  • Good understanding of user acquisition dynamics, attribution models, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Good analytical skills with the capability to translate data into powerful, actionable strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of the gaming ecosystem, including business models, monetization mechanics, genres, and game economies
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the capability to craft compelling narratives
  • Good executive presence with a proven capability to influence C-level stakeholders through structured storytelling and data-driven insights
  • Proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and sustaining complex, high-value strategic partnerships
  • Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, with a proven capability to drive strategic partnerships
