The role…

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to join our IT team. This role will play a key part in a hardware refresh project, supporting end users and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy Windows 10 devices to updated Windows 11 machines.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Image and configure laptops for deployment, primarily for Windows 11.
• Upgrade hardware components such as RAM on assigned devices.
• Coordinate with users to arrange laptop swaps and ensure minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate and meticulous records of device builds, upgrades, and handovers.
• Provide general technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
  
  

What We’re Looking For…

• Proven experience working with Windows 10 and 11 in a support or deployment capacity.
• Experience imaging and building laptops in a business environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
