Nursery Deputy Manager

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Hours: Up to 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday

The perfect opportunity for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager ready to step into a leadership role and support the day-to-day management of the nursery.

Lead their Outstanding-rated nursery alongside the Nursery Manager with confidence, care, and vision. They are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager with a passion for high standards, staff development, and outstanding care.

You will be responsible for line managing the Room Leaders and ensuring a high standard of education and care is provided to all the children. The Deputy Manager will also support the Nursery Manager with all aspects of the daily running of the site.

• Level 3 CACHE / Years Education or similar
• 3+ years' experience working in a Nursery
• Good understanding of EYFS
• Strong leadership skills
