THE GIG
Reporting to the Head of Studio Production, you will lead the in-house production processes to deliver marketing content across multiple channels. You will manage a team of in-house and freelance producers, ensuring content is delivered on time and within budget. Collaborating closely with the Brand Studio Creative team, you will work with the Global Head of Production to outline scheduling and resource management, interrogate and triage briefs and budgets, and ensure deliverables are achievable.

THE GIG

Collaborating closely with the Brand Studio Creative team, you will work with the Global Head of Production to outline scheduling and resource management, interrogate and triage briefs and budgets, and ensure deliverables are achievable.
As our Brand Studio Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, owning, and implementing the strategy for Dr.Martens in-house Productions
- Planning and organising topline seasonal production schedules
- Evaluating and allocating production resource ensuring effective distribution of tasks between internal production teams, freelance support and production partners whilst serving as a key resource for selected productions.
- Budget management
- Facilitating the dialogue between Producers and the Creative teams for art buying and crew selection; putting forward suggestions for talent and crew where needed
Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
- Proven experience in both small and large-scale productions, with a broad network of creatives and talent
- Exceptional budget management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ASANA, Microsoft Office, and DAM systems
- Experience managing international shoot productions
- A passionate leader who sets the tone for Dr.Martens’ Brand Studio productions
- Comprehensive knowledge of production workflows, from content capture and CGI to retouching, grading, video, and sound editing
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to inspire in-house and freelance teams
