We are dedicated to transforming dining and beverage services across sports and entertainment venues by prioritising culinary innovation, local concepts, and seamless technological integration.

We're looking for a talented Head of New Projects and Mobilisations, this is a high-impact role in a fast-growing, global business.

• You’ll take the lead on setting up People Operations for new venues - from rolling out HR systems and onboarding processes to recruiting and engaging casual workers at scale.
• Your work will help create seamless, people-focused operations from day one.
• Once a venue is up and running, you’ll continue to support the local teams with performance and operational effectiveness.
  
  
  

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in HR mobilisation or multi-site HR project delivery

Background in events, venues, hospitality.

Strong understanding of HR systems, onboarding platforms & casual labour models.

Knowledge of UK employment law and TUPE processes

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
