About the Role:
Sitecore is seeking a Director, Corporate FP&A to join our Finance team. The Corporate FP&A team serves as the nerve centre of the Finance organisation – translating Sitecore’s strategy into a cohesive financial plan, driving execution across the business, and delivering timely, insightful reporting that tracks performance against our goals.

About the Role:
Sitecore is seeking a Director, Corporate FP&A to join our Finance team. The Corporate FP&A team serves as the nerve centre of the Finance organisation – translating Sitecore’s strategy into a cohesive financial plan, driving execution across the business, and delivering timely, insightful reporting that tracks performance against our goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a small team of FP&A professionals
- Be a visible spokesperson for FP&A in front of senior execs across the company
- Own Sitecore’s global planning process and the financial model that underpins it
- Drive Sitecore’s corporate cadence, ensuring timely reporting of results, reforecasting of the business’s performance and proactive course correction if necessary
- Measure and forecast some of Sitecore’s most important metrics, including ARR, Revenue and cash flow
- Optimise the FP&A team’s primary planning tool, Adaptive Planning
- Help solve ad-hoc business problems as they arise, leveraging your analytical capabilities and deep understanding of Sitecore’s business model
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Background in FP&A or Strategic Finance, ideally with experience in Corporate FP&A at a scaled tech company with an international presence
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics, as well as an understanding of non-ratable revenue recognition models
- A solid knowledge of accounting; being a qualified accountant is a plus
- Experience managing a team
