Accounts Receivable Clerk

Unilever Prestige – UK Hub

Unilever Prestige is a portfolio of Prestige Beauty & Personal care brands acquired by Unilever which are operated as standalone businesses independently from Unilever – the brand portfolio includes Dermalogica, Murad, Kate Somerville, REN Clean Skincare, Living Proof, Hourglass, Tatcha. REN Clean Skincare is a UK head quartered company whilst the other companies are head quartered in the United States.

Within the UK we operate a Prestige Hub – which functions as the Group Headquarters of REN Clean Skincare and as the UK offices of the other Prestige entities. Based at the Prestige Hub, we function as one combined Finance team which supports both the REN Clean Skincare Group and the UK operations of Murad, Kate Somerville and Living Proof.

Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments.
• Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable balances and associated account balances.
• Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
• Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.
• Processing invoices.
• Close liaison with operational managers about debtor-management to minimise outstanding receivables.
• A/R Inbox management
• Adhoc tasks to support the Accounts Receivable function
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in Accounts Receivable or General Ledger experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills (VLookups & pivot tables)
• Must be capable of managing workload within a busy environment and must be able to meet deadlines
• Ability to improve and develop processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with all levels of the business
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Problem solving attitude and ability to identify solutions that comply with policies and controls
• Attention to detail, good organisational and effective time management skills
• Experience using Netsuite preferred.
