We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Marketer to lead and execute our marketing strategy across Europe. This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and ultimately, increasing market share for BytePlus's AI and cloud-related products within the European market. You will be a key member of the global marketing team, working closely with sales, product, and other regional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for Europe, including market research, competitive analysis, target audience identification, and the creation of a multi-channel marketing strategy encompassing digital marketing, content marketing, events, PR, and partner marketing.
  • Partner with product, regional sales and solution architects to define product/solution campaign strategies, develop localized messaging and positioning, and create high-impact marketing assets tailored to European audiences.
  • Manage and execute all marketing events and programs in Europe, identifying and securing relevant events, managing budgets, overseeing logistics, and measuring ROI. You will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful event experiences that generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales teams, channel partners, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact. Develop strong relationships with key media outlets and influencers in the European tech landscape.
  • Track marketing spend, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
  • Track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Continuously research and analyze the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and marketing trends to ensure BytePlus maintains a leading position in the market.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the technology sector, ideally with exposure to AI, and cloud products or platforms.
  • Proven track record in field marketing and digital campaign management, with experience running integrated programs across Europe.
  • Background in product marketing, digital marketing and content creation is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of European enterprise buyer personas and market nuances across UK, DACH, and Northern/Western Europe.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics.
  • Previous Paas/IaaS and/or AI marketing background preferred, sound product knowledge of tech products nice to have

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A self starter, strong problem solver, resilient, agile and extremely result-oriented with an always-can-do attitude
  • Good project management and executional skills, good understanding and proven ability to develop a good marketing plan and deliver results
  • Proficient in English communication. Mandarin language will be an added bonus to ensure effective collaboration and seamless communication with internal Chinese stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strategic and analytical acumen and a deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with efficiency and precision
