The Opportunity
At Sephora, we’re redefining beauty and how we show up in the digital space is no exception. We’re looking for a Paid Search & Display Executive to join our growing UK Performance Marketing team. Reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be the go-to for the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid search and display activity. You'll play a critical role in driving revenue and return on ad spend across key digital platforms, while staying at the forefront of paid media trends and innovation.

With hands-on experience in paid search and display campaigns, you have a proven ability to optimise performance and deliver against ambitious ROAS and revenue goals. Data-driven and results-focused, you know how to turn insights into action and are always looking for opportunities to drive performance forward.
You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally to create campaigns that align across the full marketing funnel. With a balance of strategic thinking and operational rigour, you’re comfortable diving into the detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

You Will Also Be Responsible For
- Managing and optimising paid search and display campaigns daily to hit ROAS and revenue targets
- Supporting the Performance Marketing Manager with budget planning and recommending budget allocation across platforms and campaigns
- Producing detailed weekly and monthly reports, delivering actionable insights and analysis
- Collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Trade, CRM, Category Managers and Brand to ensure full-funnel campaign alignment
- Running A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve conversion and effectiveness
- Conducting keyword research, refining audience targeting, crafting ad copy, and adjusting bidding strategies to drive best-in-class results
- Partnering closely with platforms (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Criteo, RTB House) to test new features and stay ahead of the curve
- Sharing industry trends and platform updates with the wider team regularly
- Communicating test results and performance updates to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations

Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360
- Experience with display platforms such as Criteo and RTB House
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
