We’re looking for a strategic and technically strong Product Manager to join our Core Services team, which powers Exclaimer’s ability to process over 2,000 emails per second. You’ll own the product strategy for email platform connectivity and customer implementation options—building reliable, scalable solutions that directly impact our growth and customer satisfaction.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and commercial teams, ensuring alignment on cross-team initiatives and long-term platform goals. You’ll collaborate closely with Core Services and Platform Engineering, coordinate with other Product Managers, and work with Support and Commercial to maintain performance standards and shape a future-ready roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan improvements to client facing parts of signature application experience in Outlook Add-In in collaboration with engineers, customer facing teams and other product teams.
• Collaborate with your Team Lead, Engineering Manager and engineers to prioritise and deliver impactful work.
• Deliver technical improvements to Exclaimer’s integration into customer mail flow.
• Consider new innovative ways of supporting customer needs in Core product including alternative ways of getting employee data into Exclaimer, changes to email delivery process and evaluate business opportunities of integrating with different email providers beyond Microsoft and Google.
• Analyse customer implementation and usage trends to identify new opportunities and provide reliable service.
• Collaborate with Support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product performance.
• Work closely with your Director of Product on priority alignment to the product strategy.
• Present insights, progress and plans to Product & Technology and the wider business, including C-level and Senior Management team.
• Balance legacy transformation work with live business priorities.
• Conduct research to identify emerging technologies and industry trends that can enhance product functionality and performance.
  
  

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS or infrastructure-heavy environments.
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to deeply understand and communicate system-level requirements—experience with email technologies or email delivery processes is a plus.
• Comfortable making evidence-based decisions, using data, user research, and experimentation to guide product direction.
• Adept at working closely with engineering teams and translating product needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning teams around shared goals.
• Experience developing product strategy in mature or complex product areas, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Skilled at prioritization and roadmap planning.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively across multiple product and engineering teams, especially in enabling roles or platform teams.
• Capable of bringing strategic product thinking to highly technical challenges, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and the ability to lead teams through ambiguity and change.
