Role overview:
About The Role
Our three-year programme allows you to specialise from day one and kick-start your career in a collaborative, supportive team. You’ll start out with three six-month rotations across Business Analysis, Project Management and Business Change. Within these areas you’ll learn how to perform discrete analysis activities across the E2E lifecycle of a product or programme as well as how to support the delivery of key internal programmes and crucial change management activities.
In your fourth six-month rotation, you’ll have an opportunity to try something new or explore an area you’re passionate about. Finally, in year three, you’ll do a deeper dive into that specialism and have the chance to work towards a Level 7 Apprenticeship.

- Process mapping and re-engineering
- Project planning and tracking
- Workshop facilitation
- Change approach definition and impact assessment
- Comms and training design and roll out
About You

You will need:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree (in a business, social science, STEM or humanities subject)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience adapting to new situations and challenges
- Excellent communication skills
