What you will be doing;

• Build and optimise scalable processes to continue hyper growth of ASOS speed initiatives (e.g. ASOS Reacts, Speed to Market)
• Lead and execute end-to-end core projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Leverage data analytics to uncover valuable insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to enhance our products and services
• Use these insights to drive improvements in our offerings
• Develop key metrics and dashboards to measure success and support strategic initiatives

What you will need;

• Experience with a tier-1 management consulting firm followed by a operational \/ business role in a high growth startup or a fast-paced company
• Experience in executing cross-functional projects with various internal teams, such as Sales, Finance, and Product
• A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data
• Experience using data to create compelling stories, tailored to the audience, to communicate key messages across the organisation and to influence various levels of management decision making
• Hands on experience with Excel and SQL
• A natural curiosity and will to make an impact

• Strong background \/ education in a quantitative discipline
