As a key member of the team, you will manage contractors, mentor colleagues, and develop client relationships, working closely with Associates and Directors. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring compliance with mechanical/electrical design specifications and safety legislation
• Monitoring installations and maintaining the highest standards of quality
• Leading and supporting project delivery, client engagement, and business development
• Training, supervising, and developing individuals and teams
• Contributing to company growth through innovation, collaboration, and outstanding project delivery
• Conducting Health & Safety risk assessments and maintaining professional practice standards
