Passionate Business & Enterprise Teacher Wanted in Hammersmith & Fulham! Innovative Secondary School

Location: Hammersmith & Fulham Role: Business & Enterprise Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies and Enterprise lessons across Key Stages 4 and potentially A-Level.
• Inspire students to develop a strong understanding of business principles, entrepreneurial skills, and the economic environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Business & Enterprise curriculum.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Business & Enterprise.
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages entrepreneurial thinking, problem-solving, and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply), with an interest in enterprise education.
• Strong subject knowledge of business theory and practice, and an understanding of entrepreneurial principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make business and enterprise relevant and engaging.
• A commitment to fostering entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and a strong understanding of the business world within an innovative framework.
