An exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Coordinator to join a family run reactive M&E maintenance company based in North London.

As a Client Relationship Coordinator will have experience working within a client coordinator, customer services or similar position.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on client service requests.
• Support contract management and renewals, ensuring all client agreements are up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close jobs efficiently and update clients on progress.

Must have:

• Previous experience in client coordination, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Background in business, customer service, or a related field.

If you have experience within the M&E sector it would be an advantage.
