The Opportunity

Conduct Game Security reviews primarily focusing on investigating Bots, the use of prohibited software, artificial intelligence and other forms of unfair advantage.

Responsible for investigating bots, GTO Real-Time Assistance (GTO RTA), prohibited third-party tool use, and proactively investigate and review the player pool for suspicious activity. Monitoring and answering emails from the Game Security Email Queue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and investigate players who are suspected of RTA, using bots and live assistance tools.
  • Analyse poker game play statistics.
  • Identify and investigate players who are suspected of using prohibited software.
  • Identify and investigate players who are suspected of using artificial intelligence and other forms of unfair advantage.
  • Analyse the entire player population to identify bot farms and accounts using AI assistance.
  • Review and address Game Integrity concerns raised as player reports.
  • Identify and document gaps in the Game Integrity tools and recommend improvements to address the gaps.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

  • In depth poker knowledge, on a professional level, specifically relating to RTA, live assistance tools and bots, either as a player or from industry experience.
  • 3+ years experience working in online poker Game Security/Integrity.
  • Previous experience in poker fraud and poker investigations.
  • In depth knowledge of poker game play statistics.
  • In depth knowledge of third-party tools used by poker players.
  • Excellent understanding of poker analysis tools and methods.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a high level of integrity to maintain a fair and secure gaming environment.
  • Understanding of probability and statistics.
  • Ability to analyse data to make logical decisions on the basis of evidence gathered.
  • Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technologies experience.
