SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR OTE: £35,000pa Service Administrator Job Details Basic Salary: £29,000pa + £2000 Bonus Potential & Additional Commission Working Hours: 08:00-16:30 & 1 in 3 Saturdays 07:00-12:00 Location - Feltham My client is looking for an organised and hard-working individual with a friendly manor who will be acting as the single point of contact for the customer, providing relevant, accurate and timely information through each stage of the service process, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded. Roles & Responsibilities ·Welcome customers to the Branch & maintaining customer waiting area. ·Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach ·Assist in any area of Process from Scheduling, Pre-Calls, Customer Updates, Follow up Calls and future work planning. ·Updating customers as directed by Service Team. ·Inform customer of outstanding campaigns and arrange for work to be completed ·Engagement in personal development plan to Service Advisor Accreditation. ·Build rapport with all staff and customers ·To maintain vehicle history and service records in an accurate, efficient and timely manner in line with customer requirements and operator licence standards ·To maintain invoice filing in an accurate, timely and efficient manner ·To ensure up to date knowledge and training on all franchise requirements ·To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required ·To comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures Skills and Qualifications ·Excellent organisational skills ·Previous motor trade experience is preferred ·Previous administration experience essential ·Good knowledge of IT Office software ·A keen eye for detail Please contact George Elliott @ Auto Skills Please reference job number: 51417 We are also looking for candidates with the following skill sets: HGV Technicians, LCV Technicians, MOT Testers, Service Advisers, Parts Advisers, Sales Executives and more.
