The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.

Here in the UK, Sushi is what we're known for. But we’re constantly looking for new ways to innovate our menu and now have a mouth-watering range of street food available. We serve all our dishes on the day we make them, and one third of our menu is now plant-based. So, you can feel good about what you're eating without compromising on taste.
Our Kiosks
We believe in better food for everyone and are constantly looking for new ways to reach our sushi fans, that’s why we’ve partnered with Tesco, Asda, Waitrose and M&S, creating our kiosk brands, YO!, Panku and Bento bringing restaurant quality sushi and street food to supermarket stores across the UK.
About Taiko Foods
In 2018 YO! acquired Taiko, a London based Japanese food manufacturer, to support our journey as we explored the food-to-go market. We now supply 9 retailers with pre-packed sushi, authentic Asian meal solutions, poke and vibrant world salads all made by us here in London. Health matters and we’re proud of the nutritious meals we make ensuring these are best in class products within retail.

- Creation and management of digital content calendar; essential that you are planning ahead quarterly and reviewing monthly so that it includes relevant brand messaging, product content and current social trends.
- Content strategy plan across all digital marketing channels including website, social media, email marketing.
- Use CMS for day to day management of website including upload content and building landing pages.
- Creation of engaging and creative social content and copy for all platforms ensuring they driv
