We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Engineer to join our facilities team at a prominent cultural institution in Euston.This role is ideal for professionals aiming to transition from hands-on technical work to a more analytical and strategic position within building services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal environmental conditions.

• Analyse compliance data and generate reports to support facility operations.

• Work with a team of six engineers, a supervisor, and a contract manager to maintain building integrity.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within critical environments.

• Formal training in electrical, mechanical, or BMS systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
