Job Advert: BMS Service Engineer - South England (Based in North London)

Location: Based in North London N1, covering sites across South England Work Address: North London, N1, London Hours: 8am to 5pm Pay Rate: Negotiable Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced BMS Service Engineer with hands-on knowledge of Trend or Tridium systems? Resourcing Group is recruiting for a specialist to support clients across a range of contracted sites including PFI schools, hospitals, government estates, and MOD locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain BMS components such as sensors, controllers, actuators, and software

• Carry out maintenance on Trend, Tridium, and Distech BMS systems

• Take part in a reactive call-out rota (additional pay provided)

• Provide expert technical support and advice to clients

• Identify and quote for remedial works or system performance improvements

• Prepare proposals and pricing for additional works as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Trend or Tridium systems

• City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ in Electrical disciplines

• Strong knowledge of BMS and HVAC systems

• Familiarity with Niagara, Distech, and Siemens controls

• Good understanding of electrical schematics and IT networks

• Experience with AutoCAD is beneficial

• Confident in fault finding within electrical panels

• Full UK driving licence is essential

• Basic DBS check required; BPSS clearance may be needed
