As demand grows across these sectors, we’re expanding our team. We’re on the lookout for passionate Recruitment and Delivery Consultants with experience in infrastructure or engineering-related fields.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing, qualifying and managing top talent for permanent and contract roles.

• Working closely with experienced Consultants and Account Managers to deliver outstanding shortlists.

• Building lasting relationships with candidates across sectors like water, rail, civils, and energy.

• Maintaining strong candidate pipelines for key clients and repeat hiring needs.

• Supporting the full candidate journey — from initial outreach through to placement and beyond.

• Keeping our CRM and systems updated with accurate, meaningful data.

• Using Social media, job boards, referrals and other tools to proactively headhunt and attract the best people in the market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, delivery or a fast-paced people-facing environment.

• Organised, proactive and great with people — both over the phone and in writing.

• Genuinely interested in infrastructure or engineering sectors.

• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

• Self-motivated, positive and focused on long-term value, not short-term volume.
