This exceptional business has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Technical Manager to join them at their facility in London.

On offer:

• Salary is £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

• Working Mon - Fri days

Key Accountabilities: Reporting to the Managing Director, the Technical Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the Technical function. This role involves offering guidance and leadership to the technical team and spearheading ongoing enhancements in food safety and quality. Close collaboration with operational teams, suppliers, customers, and external stakeholders is crucial to uphold the businesses outstanding standards and foster a strong culture of food safety and quality.

The candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years experience working in a Technical or Quality Manager role within a BRC food manufacturing business.

• A degree in Food Science / Safety.

• Experience leading BRC and other external audits.

• Good customer and supplier management.

• HACCP and Food Safety Level 3+
