We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Marketing Intern / grad to join our team for a 4-month summer internship. You’ll be working on the UK’s No. 1 Juice brand (Tropicana) and the internship will be a great opportunity to learn and apply marketing fundamentals, contribute to tangible & measurable marketing projects and develop professional skills in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will work on:

• Event Management: Collaborate with the brand and shopper team to deliver a business event by developing a creative approach to wow the audience and spearheading the planning and execution through, management of budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Captivate our Consumers: Partner with marketing agencies to develop eye-catching communication and shopper marketing assets for our Tropicana Kids range
• Support Data Driven Decision Making: Assist in collecting and organising consumer and market data and insights to help complete brand performance reviews
• Enhance Social & Digital Brand presence: Assist in maintaining and updating Tropicana brand websites with fresh content, whilst supporting the creation and scheduling of engaging organic social media content
• Bring Products to Life Visually: Contribute creative ideas and support the development of artwork for key Tropicana product lines that will stand out on shelves and resonate with consumers
• Amplify Brand Sampling Initiatives: Assist in coordinating production sampling events, helping to organise logistics, track materials and collect consumer feedback
• Grow Within a World-Class Team: Collaborate with experienced marketing professionals on various high-impact initiatives, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with one of the world's most recognized juice brands
  
  

This list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role.

The successful candidate will:

• Be studying for a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field or have a passion in this field, and have the right to work in the U.K.
• Have a strong interest in marketing, with a desire to gain experience in brand management, digital marketing, and marketing communications.
• Show entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to seize opportunities proactively.
• Be able to think creatively and generate innovative ideas to solve problems to support business objectives.
• Have a proactive and results-driven mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
• Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Show strong attention to detail.

This role is based in Farringdon and it will be required to come to the office twice a week!
