About OMNES

OMNES is a modern, sustainable, and cost-conscious women’s fashion brand, designing ethically crafted clothing. OMNES means ‘all,’ a reflection of the fact that we all need to work together to change the way we shop, wear, and think about fashion. OMNES focuses on timeless designs and a considered approach to how their pieces fit bodies of all shapes and sizes. OMNES was founded in London in 2021 to address the gap in access to better wardrobe choices and create a brand that would speak to this unmet need.

OMNES is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Allocation Planning and Marketplaces Analyst to support our inventory and channel distribution strategy across both owned and third-party platforms.

This role will play a key part in analysing sales data, monitoring stock levels, managing product launches on marketplaces, and helping optimise allocation to drive sell-through and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse sales performance, stock levels, and market data to inform allocation decisions
  • Develop and execute allocation plans that align with business objectives and product demand
  • Manage the upload and launch of products across marketplaces (e.g. Selfridges, John Lewis), ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • Monitor inventory distribution across all sales channels and make proactive adjustments
  • Work closely with buying, planning, and operations teams to ensure stock flow supports commercial goals
  • Identify sales patterns, underperforming lines, and opportunities to optimise stock across regions or platforms
  • Maintain allocation and marketplace-related reporting, dashboards, and tools
  • Ensure that all channels maintain optimal stock coverage without overexposure

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in allocation, inventory planning, or marketplace operations (fashion/DTC environment strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Experience using data and insights to make commercially sound decisions
  • Familiarity with fashion marketplaces and their back-end systems is a plus
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
