You will join a small, high-achieving and collaborative Marketing & Business Development team and play a key role in supporting the firm's business development efforts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage pitch processes, conduct background research and produce high-quality proposals in collaboration with partners
- Report on pitch-success metrics, including pipeline activity, win/loss ratios, reasons for outcomes and lessons learnt
- Support the development of the referrals system including regular reporting and training of practice areas
- Derive actionable insights from data to inform future BD initiatives and planning
- Support client relationship management and develop client development strategies
- Participate in legal directory submissions
- The role is paying £53,000-£57,000
- Hybrid working

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years in a Business Development role within law or other professional services partner-environment
- Commercial awareness
- Strong ability to manage projects independently, balancing deadlines with innovation and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, able to network and influence partners with clarity and confidence
- Strong writing, proofreading, and an eye for design and quality control of presentations, and promotional materials
